Provides Primary Care, Addiction Medicine, and Mental Health services to the underserved vulnerable populations in the most rural parts of our state who are struggling with substance use and mental health disorders, both of which have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. While our main clinic is in Russellville, with new clinics opening soon in Hot Springs and Fort Smith, we travel to provide in-person and telemedicine care to patients in rural and underserved and counties.

We provide wrap-around services with comprehensive medical care, licensed professional counseling, and certified peer recovery support services. We coordinate our patient care with hospitals, residential treatment or outpatient social services, when needed. During our first two years, RVMW provided service to over 1,600 individuals from 52 of the 75 counties in Arkansas.

RVMW has over 8,000+ patient contacts in coordination with ten rural hospitals, eight residential treatment centers, four detox centers, and four reentry programs. RVMW supports all roads to recovery and wellness and provides 24 hour call service, in-person, telemedicine and onsite visits to anyone who needs assistance, despite ability to pay. The goal is to save lives, stabilize individuals / families, reduce relapse, decrease recidivism, assist those back into the workforce, educate communities/healthcare providers and bridge the gap in care and services in our communities.
