Ashley County Opioid Dashboard

Ashley County Opioid Dashboard

A rural area of South Arkansas, Ashley County’s economy is based off of timber and agriculture. It is named after Chester Ashley, a prominent attorney and U.S. Senator from 1844-1848. The county also has six protected areas: Overflow National Wildlife Refuge, Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge, three Wildlife Management Areas and the Crossett Experimental Forest.

Rural areas often struggle with proper resources to combat the fast growing Substance Use Disorder that is why we not only made this page specifically for you to view the opioid crisis in this county, we also offer numerous resources and information throughout our entire website. After you view this page, be sure to check out the rest of ArTakeBack.org to find useful resources and information to guide you on how you can help reduce substance misuse (also reduces crimes) and save lives.
